“Felicity and her Team made all the difference when we sold our house. It was a flat market and we felt we needed to make the extra effort. The home styling process was simple and cheerfully tailored to our budget. We did quite a bit of the de-cluttering on Felicitys instructions and the transformation began instantly. Following the declutter Felicity arrived and within a few hours cushions, throws, flowers, key pieces adjusted - our house went from presentable to something out of a magazine. I looked around and wondered why are we selling!!? The best part about Pleine Natures styling is that your house still feels like your own, key items were thoughtfully accented with the most enviable styling I just couldn’t have done myself. Thankfully our house did not feel like it was mass produced with tired modern furniture and cookie cutter art. We even have an 18mo and all the associated infrastructure of child rearing didnt worry Felicity a bit. “We are now recovering from having to essentially camp in our own home for 5 weeks, courtesy of the good folk at Pleine Nature. We are also beaming happily having achieved an excellent price for our property at auction last week. These two facts are not unrelated.
Our home of 20 years was just as “comfortable” (ie stuffed with things) as you would expect, and we were aware we would have to do some de-cluttering before putting the property on the market. That, as it turns out is just the tip of the iceberg. Felicity explained that some of our furniture needed to go into storage, some needed adjusting and some new pieces were to be added. She was absolutely right. Felicity was also happy to “train” the family in how to set up for inspections, even to the point of providing pictures of each room as it was to be set. That they do all this with a cheerful sense of humour and for a fee which will be considerably less than what you are paying in agency commission is an added bonus. If you are selling your house and want to maximise your value I thoroughly recommend Pleine Nature. You won’t like it right up until the day of the auction.”
